We accept and participate with most insurance plans. If you are uncertain about your insurance coverage please inform the schedulers when you make an appointment.
Our policy regarding payment
If you have dental insurance, we can bill your insurance carrier directly. Please note that any co-payments, deductibles, insurance differences, and services not covered by your insurance carrier will be expected at the time of service.
While your claim is being processed, you will be sent monthly statements on the status of your account. These statements allow you to monitor what your insurance has paid, and also what portion of the bill is your responsibility.
If your child requires extensive dental care, a treatment plan and its cost will be discussed with you. The Department of Dentistry offers payment options to you if comprehensive care is required. Our financial coordinator can assist you in this process.
What to bring to your first dental appointment
Insurance card and/or insurance form.
The subscriber's ID number (social security number).
