Accepted Insurances

We accept and participate with most insurance plans, including Medicaid . If you are uncertain about your insurance coverage please inform the schedulers when you make an appointment. Cash patients are always welcome (please ask for our discounts)

 Our policy regarding payment:

If you have dental insurance, we will bill your insurance carrier directly. Please note that any co-payments, deductibles, insurance differences, and services not covered by your insurance carrier will be expected at the time of service.

If you require extensive dental care, a treatment plan and its cost will be discussed with you. The Department of Dentistry offers payment options to you if comprehensive care is required. Our financial coordinator can assist you in this process.

What to bring to your first dental appointment

Insurance card and/or insurance form.
The subscriber's ID number (social security number).
Group plan number.
Insurance address and phone number.
